Every Wednesday evening at the Oasis we open our doors for our “Wednesday night” program. The main room is often packed out with 80 plus refugees. During this program we share a short story from the Bible. We rely heavily on translators to translate the talk into the heart languages of the refugees. Most of the refugees coming to this program are from the Persian speaking world (Afghanistan, Iran).
Currently we have an excellent Persian language translator who drives down every week from the north side of Vienna to the Oasis (a forty minute drive). This translator recently asked if we could assist with their fuel costs.
