The Oasis is celebrating a significant milestone this year.
On the twenty first and twenty second of September the Oasis celebrated 25 years of opening its doors to refugees from around the world.
The Oasis team hosted an open house for the local community on Friday the twenty-first. The mayor and the former owner of the building visited as well as many others from the community.
On Saturday, September 22nd, the Oasis team hosted a time of celebration and praise at the Baden Free Evangelical Church in Tribuswinkel. Over 180 people came together to praise God and renew acquaintance. Various speakers (like Greg Reader) remembered and recounted how God moved to birth the Oasis and His working in the lives of refugees over the past 25 years. It was refreshing to capture the broader picture of God's moving among us and the refugees in our midst.
