a lovely Wednesday night... we are so blessed.

We are so blessed. This evening's program was simply so very touching. It is not easy to try to describe it with words. I just won't be able to do it justice. Now, it isn't that people were in tears of repentance and turning to the Lord, but it was just so very moving to see such a mix of people together in one room, all enjoying the evening in their own way. We had a large Arabic speaking family from the heart of the Middle East there, a few Farsi speakers, several Armenians, and even two women from Asia there. And Google Translate worked nicely to communicate with those two women!  Thanks to YouTube, we were able to show/sing worship songs for each language group in the room. And then it was so very sweet to see our one Autistic refugee child up and dancing to a couple of the songs, and our two Asian guests smiling so big when we played a worship song for them. Neil delivered a clear message about the meaning and the importance of the resurrection of Jesus the Messiah. Afterwards we got to meet a man there from the Middle East who lost his wife, but was clearly grateful to get to attend the program with his six and seven-year-old boy and girl, who were so cheerful during their visit with us. May Jesus reveal Himself to them, so that they might find His peace and healing as they continue to deal with losing their wife/mother. Pray that they seek the Lord and find new hope in Him. May the Lord move keep moving in the hearts of all that visited tonight, as we rejoice for blessing us with such a beautiful time with a special group of people.  To God be the glory.  It is a joy to see Him touching hearts.  -Ken
