I think we set a record last Thursday at Coffeebar. We served 400 cups of coffee and tea in a two hour period of time!!! The Oasis was packed and still people kept coming. We were thrilled. During August, the Muslim month for fasting, this year, things were quiet at the Oasis. Most refugees went to the local mosque for food in the evenings at the break of the fast. Now it seems like they are thirsty for living water of Jesus.
Please be praying for the many men in the camp right now. On our Weds. evening program which is an evangelistic evening when a story from the Bible is shared, it has been standing room only! People are NOT just coming at the end for the cake and coffee, but have been arriving early before the talk begins and filling the room. May their hearts be filled and satisfied in Jesus.
