Networking with believers – the Lord is Leading the Way:

Advisers Tap Peers' Knowledge By Networking In Groups
Our Lord, the Master Networker blesses our desire and is connecting them all over Austria with other churches  as they do not stay in this area very long.

To give an example of  God’s  grace  I will tell a short story:

In October we met an Iranian women and her two children.  In their land they were secret believers who had only attended a house group.   During  our  Oasis women's meeting   I was able to invite them to our church for  a special Sunday evening  worship service with both Linz and Vienna  Farsi Churches. . You  can imagine the joy  and   excitement  they had as they  gathered  to hear the WORD and joined in singing in their language.   AS I drove them  back to the camp we all rejoiced and the thought they shared was:  ”This night was like a bit of heaven for us.”  As we parted I encouraged them that the transfer will come , but take courage  for Jesus  guided them here and HE is with them where ever they are.
The following  day, only 7 days after arriving the mother was told that  they would be transferred to a small refugee pension somewhere in Austria .  It turned out to be a very isolated place with no bus to the village. While feeling alone in this foreign place and  sad to leave behind new friends.---  she got news that her father had unexpectedly died.  As I heard the news  by phone, I began to pray and make calls to find believers in the near who could visit and  connect them with a Austrian church near by..  In 2 days, the Lord's guidance  there was a loving Austrian women  that came with flowers to comfort them in their grief.   Another believer  came  that  Sunday to take them to Church in the larger city near- by.   By God’s Grace they are not alone .  Weekly they continue to be visited and picked to attend Sunday worship in morning and Iranian worship in afternoon.  .  The beauty of the Body of Christ reflects  the Glory of God among us.   .

In the Christian world today there is a strong  drawing to Christ among Farsi speaking people (from Iran or Afghanistan). Many are leaving homeland. Some are seeking peace, freedom, and some are students. Others are fleeing because of their new faith in Christ.  As they arrive in Europe many open to find out more about who Jesus is. As soon as they leave the religious oppression in their home country and arrive abroad they finally feel free to worship Jesus openly.  Pray for the OASIS and the Austrian Church to continue to reach out to them by and in HIS Love.
